About The Programme
ComfortDelGro’s Corporation Management Associate Programme is part of the Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP), in partnership with Enterprise Singapore.
The SGEP is an exclusive talent development programme developed by Enterprise Singapore in partnership with high-growth local companies that possess global ambitions to build a strong pipeline of young talent within their organisations. Talent will get the chance to hone industry expertise in a structured way, while equipping themselves with in-market knowledge and global business insights to become a future-ready leader.
The ComfortDelGro Global Management Associate Programme (GMAP) is a 24-month journey designed to develop high-potential talent into the next generation of global transport leaders. We are seeking bold thinkers who thrive on collaboration, demonstrate drive, and embrace continuous growth—individuals ready to spark positive change and fuel continuous innovation across the global transport landscape.
As a Management Associate, you will gain unparalleled exposure to ComfortDelGro’s diverse business units through a series of progressive rotations. Your development is fueled by immersive, “stretched” assignments and international learning experiences, providing deep insights into our daily operations and long-term strategy. Who We’re Looking For
- Fresh or recent graduates (Honours) with less than three years of full-time working experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university, preferably in Business or Engineering disciplines.
- Strong academic performance with a solid record of co-curricular involvement.
- Demonstrated analytical reasoning, business acumen, and resilience.
- A genuine interest in the transport industry and a desire to make an impact.
