Ms Fang Wei is the Group Chief Procurement Officer, responsible for the Group’s procurement governance, supplier risk management, and sustainable sourcing practices across the Group. She brings over 30 years of procurement experience across diverse sectors and has also managed marketing and software development functions.

Prior to joining ComfortDelGro, Ms Fang served as Regional Procurement Head at Syngenta Group, where she built a high-performing team, delivered significant annual savings, and drove process automation and efficiency across the region.

Ms Fang holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore.
